How do I get started with an Installment plan on my credit card?

Pay with you credit card with one of the following banks: (Al-Rajhi, SNB, Al-Riyadh).

After payment, contact the bank to convert the transaction into an installment plan on your credit card.

What information do I need to provide to the bank to start an installment plan?

Merchant name: Al Salem Air Conditioning

Order Date: The date you placed your order on YORK online store

Order Amount: The total value of your order

Installment Period: 3 - 12 months

Note: Banking requirements may differ from one bank to another.

What are the installment fees?

0% interest plan (installment at a cash price). However, some banks do charge a processing fee, so it's best to check with your bank first.

Are there penalties if I don't pay my bank installments on time?

Your bank may charge you a penalty, interest fee or both when you fail to clear outstanding installments. Make sure you stick to payment deadlines and find out about charges from your bank in advance.

How long will it take the bank to process my installment request?

It may take 3-5 business days for any changes to show up on your credit card statement.
