Bank installment programs are payment methods offered by partnered banks with YORK to enable a customer to convert the value of a paid order into an installment payment plan according to the plan that fits their needs as long as the purchase value exceed 1000 SAR and the credit card used for payment is issued from one of the following banks:

Contact your bank, or sign into your online banking portal to check if you are eligible for the Installment program desired.
Merchant name
- Order date: the date you created the order.
- Order Amount: The total value of your order.
- Order ID: You can find this under "Orders" on your YORK Online Store account or via the email sent to you with your order details.
- Requested plan duration: the installment plan you chose (e.g.: 6 months/0% interest rate).
Unfortunately, you can’t. Installment plans can only be benefited from when paying using eligible credit cards which are issued by the above listed banks.
Installment plans starts from a 0% interest fee plan which means that as a customer you will not pay any interest. meanwhile, some banks do charge additional fees, for more information; please revise your bank.
Yes, once your return request has been accepted, a full refund minus any refund applicable charges will be made either to your card or bank account, yet installments will still be paid normally to your bank. Your bank may charge you a penalty, interest fee or both when you fail to clear outstanding installment payments. Make sure you stick to payment deadlines to avoid any additional charges from your bank.
It may take 3-5 business days for any changes to show up on your credit card statement.
